Dracula Land

The medieval town of Sighisoara is very special to me. I grew up about 50 km north in the heart of Transylvania (central region in Romania). And yes, there is such a thing. This town is most famous not for its name, but for a person that was born here in 1431, by the name of Vlad the Impaler, the historical Dracula, inspiration for the character created by Bram Stoker. More pictures to come over the next few weeks.
